Cloakroom Policy

All backpacks, large bags, umbrellas, and outerwear must be deposited in the free cloakroom. Only small handbags are permitted inside the exhibition rooms.

Photography

You are welcome to take photos for personal use, but the use of flash, tripods, and selfie sticks is strictly forbidden to protect the artworks and for the safety of other visitors.

Prohibited Items

Food, drinks, and pets (with the exception of assistance dogs) are not allowed inside the Castle exhibitions. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.

Please refrain from touching the exhibits and furniture. We ask that you keep your voice low and silence your mobile phone to maintain a quiet atmosphere for all guests.
